I've been doing CrossFit for 3 years, and it has changed my life! Although I have a bit of a love hate relationship with it, I can't deny that CrossFit is definitely what keeps me going. I love WODs with Kettlebells and double unders, and hate WODs with pullups and thrusters. And, I'm learning to love the snatch... Someday I'll be faster and stronger, and in the mean time, I'll just keep pushing and pushing until I get there!
